FAQs

My MOST frequently asked questions regarding any of my pieces.

How do I clean my piece?

I recommend liquid Tarnex.  I DO NOT recommend dipping any of the stones in the Tarnex.

1.put the Tarnex in a bowl in a ventilated area

2.Wear rubber gloves

3.Dip a toothbrush or nail brush into the liquid and proceed to lightly brush areas requiring cleaning.  If you wish to clean the bezel (the metal holding the stone) just take a q-tip and gently rub it around the metal.

If I’m using liquid Tarnex, will it affect the gold?

No. In fact, if the gold is woven around the silver, it will clean the silver underneath.  It’s all good.

I have some stones of my own.  Would you design something with them?

Yes, of course.  We could collaborate on a design, and if wanted, I could always add some stones from my collection.

I have old jewelry that I’m don’t wear any more.  Can you do anything with it?

Yes, I’d be happy to extract the stones from their original setting.  Depending upon the metal (silver or gold), I can also scrap it for you and give you a credit for the amount, once it is processed by my manufacturing house.

My piece is oxidized.  How do I care for it?

Don’t do a thing.  Just store it in a safe place.  If it oxidizes more, it will only make the piece look richer.

If I commission you, how long will it take for you to make it?

A normal wait time is 4-6 weeks.  However, it’s best to ask at the time of the commission.  My show schedule and other commissions may make the wait longer, or shorter - depending upon my schedule at that time.

Each piece is hand crafted by me.  I work alone, and I want to produce the highest quality piece for you.
